Alea qualified in March 2010 as a Solicitor of England and Wales. She completed her LPC at the College of Law in London. After working in three different firms with the best people she opened her own firm.
Alea's practice areas are family law, Immigration and Nationality law, Civil litigation, Commercial Property as well as Landlord and Tenant Law.

Her other niche area is Shariah compliant Wills. Alea is known for her personal and friendly approach towards clients and her attention to detail. She endeavours to go the extra mile to get the best possible outcome for her clients.

James Mbarack Achieng

Barack being the office administrator of Orchid Solicitors is involved in various responsible duties, crucial to the effective and efficient day-to-day operations of the company.

His role involves a great deal of multitasking. He oversees the operations within the firm, organising, arranging and coordinating meetings and office activities and operations to enable efficiency and compliance to company policies

Barack's many years of experience as an office administrator is central to the success of Orchid Solicitors.

Okang Eta

Okang is a first choice lawyer. She has worked as a consultant lawyer and has been in legal practice for the past 20 years; she has good inter-personal skills even when in high pressured situations; she is extremely approachable and responsive. She is conscientious and a thorough practitioner on all areas of civil litigation, immigration law, housing, landlord and tenant, wills and probate.

Before joining Orchid Solicitors, Okang worked for other law firms where she obtained a wealth of experience in handling complex issues on various matters. She is a rhetoric litigator with attendances from the lower courts to the higher courts on behalf of her clients. She maintains a professional approach throughout when dealing with the most difficult and/or vulnerable clients; on the other hand she has the compassionate approach in assisting and advising clients on a pro-bono basis where the case involves points of significant importance and they find it very difficult to pay the fees.

Clement Musoke Kigundu

Clement Musoke Kigundu is a highly skilled Immigration Practitioner with more than 15 years’ experience working as a Legal Advisor in various areas of immigration law. He holds a BA Honours degree from the London Metropolitan University and holds various Diploma certificates related to Immigration Law.

Clement has a very empathetic approach towards his clients as he gives the client ample time when listening to them and explores the problem leaving no stone unturned to find the best options and solution.

He specialises in all aspects of Immigration matters: Asylum, EEA, Human Rights and Nationality law. He has developed his expertise in complex Asylum cases, Detention and Immigration Bail, Removal and Deportation cases.

Clement has comprehensive knowledge and experience of the full spectrum of Entry Clearance applications in all sectors.

Caren Ogwayo

Solicitor

Caren is a formidable and talented bilingual lawyer. She specialises in family and immigration matters. She provides advice on issues surrounding divorce and separation including child arrangements orders, parental responsibility orders, specific issue orders, prohibited steps orders and special guardianship orders. She also advises on domestic violence issues. She also assists in drafting pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

Caren is also a tenacious immigration lawyer with over ten years experience in this area and previously worked as a decision maker in the Home Office. Her immigration work covers nationality, asylum and deportation.

A strong litigator, she can advise and guide you in court proceeding matters and she is dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for her clients in civil litigation.

Christiana Ekwuru

Sohail Zarrar himself was a student in the UK and obtained Masters in Business Administration with the major of Business and Media law from UK in 1999.

He has worked with a number of world-class academic institutions helping many students in their higher education, foreign visa applications and general career guidance. His objective is to work with Orchid Solicitors where he can combine his vast experience of the industry with his natural willingness to guide and mentor students in their career paths and help the young professional resolve their immigration problems. He has, for many assisted them with their private and family life in the UK.

Sohail Zarrar also has other remarkable talents and skills which cannot go unmentioned. He is an Education Consultant, TV Anchor and a popular Writer. He is a regular host on a live TV show on “Islam Channel” for the past six years; he has been involved in and has written a number of literary works including poetry, political commentary and satire, articles, editorials for different academic journals and magazines.
